My responsibilities: In my role as an Account Manager at iCarLease, my responsibilities extend beyond conventional sales. I am dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. From understanding their unique needs to guiding them through diverse leasing options, my objective is to surpass their expectations. I take pride in building lasting relationships with customers, providing top-notch service that leaves them thoroughly satisfied with their iCarLease experience.5

Background: I started my career in the motor trade in April 2016 where I worked in a dealership as a new and used car sales executive. I then moved over to the leasing industry in 2022 when I joined iCarLease and I haven’t looked back! What I love about my job is knowing my customers are happy when their brand new lease car gets delivered to their door.
