My responsibilities: In my role at iCarLease, I look after sales support roles and processes. Working closely with the head of the brokerage, Matthew Rothwell, I ensure our team operates seamlessly and efficiently, providing the necessary support for our sales activities. This includes not only coordinating administrative tasks and streamlining processes but also ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. My goal is to contribute to the overall success and sustained growth of iCarlease by delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Background: Before joining iCarlease in 2021, my career had primarily been in customer service for a telecoms company. After spending four years in that role, I decided to make a shift to sales. In this new capacity, I sold a diverse range of products, including mobile phones, broadband, energy utilities, and even worked for a period in sales for an Italian food wholesaler. Despite having no prior experience in the motor trade, I took on a new challenge and joined iCarlease. Currently, I handle all administrative tasks for the company and find immense satisfaction in working alongside my colleagues as we contribute to the growth of iCarlease.

Fun Fact/Interest: Grade 8 guitarist. Leeds united season ticket holder. Did hold the record for youngest taekwondo blackbelt in the UK when I was 7 years old.
